Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, there will be no return of any portion of it. I recognize that emergencies and events beyond your control may occasionally occur that make it impossible or impractical to keep the appointment, please keep in mind that you may re-schedule your appointment up to 48 hours of your appointment scheduled time with no effect on your deposit. (Note the deposit can / will be able to be used towards any service or product you choose to purchase with us & if you choose not to purchase services or products the deposit is payment for our time) We are a world-wide award winning company that strives in excellence & keep a 24 hour consistently booked schedule with our clients & any time taken from our calendar is billable time for the company in which must be billed. This assurance is that we don’t have clients book billable time & do not use or keep the appointment. Thanks so very much for your consideration & courtesy.
